Lesson
An appointment needs to be cancelled 24 hours in advance by email or telephone. If an appointment is cancelled last minute or too late or not kept, full costs will be charged.
Reimbursement
The costs incurred for children coaching is not covered by your health insurance. However, you can deduct the costs of the children coaching from your income tax, under the category of psycho-social assistance/coaching. You can also deduct the costs incurred as special medical expenses from your tax return.
